Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Your membership is billed according to the option you selected. All group classes and appointments must be booked in advance. Grip socks are required—no socks, no class. Group classes have a 7-hour cancellation window. Late cancellations forfeit the class and incur a $5 fee; no-shows incur a $10 fee.
  • Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or the session will be forfeited.
  • Cancel your membership anytime with 28 days’ notice via email, SMS, or in-app message.
  • Promotional purchases follow their own terms, which override standard policies on payments, cancellations, and bookings.
  • Late payment fees will be passed on to you.
  • No refunds or transfers on memberships, packs, or appointments.
You can upgrade your membership anytime; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
