Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Membership Terms & Conditions
- Your membership is billed according to the option you selected. All group classes and appointments must be booked in advance. Grip socks are required—no socks, no class. Group classes have a 7-hour cancellation window. Late cancellations forfeit the class and incur a $5 fee; no-shows incur a $10 fee.
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or the session will be forfeited.
- Cancel your membership anytime with 28 days’ notice via email, SMS, or in-app message.
- Promotional purchases follow their own terms, which override standard policies on payments, cancellations, and bookings.
- Late payment fees will be passed on to you.
- No refunds or transfers on memberships, packs, or appointments.
