Post Rehabilitation
You’ve already made progress with your Physio or Osteo, and now is the time to move on. This is the next essential step. Obtaining a handover from your Allied Health Specialist, we’ll tailor a program with you to continue on from where your rehab left off, setting you up for long term success.
PRE-HAB
Preparing for surgery? We’ve helped clients delay surgery (such as joint replacements) by more than a year with consistent Prehab sessions. Tailored programs focus on the specifics with support from your surgeon or Allied Health Specialist. You’ll also be set up for a faster recovery, post surgery.
Personalised Training
Have a goal that’s uniquely yours? Whether it’s returning to sport, improving your posture, or a specific area you want to strengthen, this goal oriented program is built with you, to achieve those goals. Using a range of equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Arc and Mat to support your progress.

Prehab/Rehab
We begin with a 5-pack of
one-on-one sessions, giving you time to build trust with your instructor, trial the format, and focus on what really matters to you. From here you’ll move to a weekly or twice weekly membership to continue your program with the same instructor for continuity and the best results

Pilates Personal Training
Our Pilates Person Training program runs over six weeks with two sessions per week to maximise results. You’ll have a clear plan, consistent coaching, and monthly progress reviews to celebrate the wins and stay focused on the end goal, adjusting as you go.

EQUIPMENT, EXPERIENCE & ENCOURAGEMENT
In all our Private Pilates sessions you’ll use specialised Pilates equipment including the Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac and Arc as well as small props. Your expert instructor will guide and challenge you to reach your goals. Celebrating the milestones as you go.

You’ll have someone in your corner from start to finish, with knowledge, care, and a plan that you’ll feel works for you and your body.

How it works, what to expect.
How long would I need for Private Personalised Pilates?
We recommend you start with a 5 pack for Prehab/rehab support, and a 6 week program (12 sessions) for Pilates Personal Training.After this we'll work with you to determine for prehab/rehab whether weekly/twice weekly is required, typically members love these sessions they continue for years to come. For Pilates Personal Training, at the end of your first 6 week program we'll review your progress and look at whether you have another set of goals you'd like to focus on.
Can I claim back on my medical insurance?
At present, the Victorian Government will only allow you to claim back when working with a registered Physiotherapist or Osteopath.
I’d like to do it with a friend / family member. Is that possible?
Absolutely. There are multiple options available 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 this will depend on your availability, needs and your budget.
