Infrared Sauna, what to expect.

Yes absolutely! Be sure to listen to your body though, take breaks and step out whenever you need. Water is essential too, to stay hydrated.

Once you’ve had a baby and you are ready for some alone time, you absolutely can. Whilst pregnant however it’s not a suitable option.

Traditional saunas are typically hotter than Infrared, and heat the room through steam which in turn heats the individual body. The infrared sauna uses a light panel to emit heat which is absorbed by the body, often considered to provide better muscle relaxation and detoxification. Whilst still hot, it is a less intense heat meaning most people can build up tolerance with greater ease.

For optimal benefits 3-4 sessions per week of 30 minutes. It is important to build up tolerance when you’re starting out, so as always stay hydrated and take regular breaks where needed/wanted.

It is critical, no matter the condition or treatment you are receiving, that you seek professional medical advice to ensure that the Infrared Sauna is available for you to use.

Whilst sessions will run when classes are taking place, the experience is designed so that you can head straight into the infrared room, and using a simple step guide, you’ll be able to turn this on, select your playlist, and enjoy the warmth.

You have a 1 hour slot, with up to 30 minutes in the Infrared Sauna itself. This allow time for the sauna to warm up, for you to relax and unwind and post session for you to cool down and change before heading out.

The temperature is pre-set and will build from 47 degrees to 65 within your 30 minute experience.
