Our dedicated Reformer Pilates studio.
Silverback HQ is where it all began. Now, our dedicated Reformer Studio, HQ offers small group reformer classes. Led by instructors who get the most out of every moment, using the weighted springs for resistance or support, as well as other small props for added strength and variety. HQ is warm, homely and set up to help you focus, connect, and feel your body working in all the right ways.

Our dedicated Mat, Barre and Private Pilates space.
The Loft, our beautifully light and spacious Pilates studio, offers a dedicated space for Mat Pilates and Barre, and a specialist space for Personalised Private Pilates. The Loft is also home to our gorgeously tranquil Infrared Sauna.
Where Movement Meets Mindfulness
A calming studio for intentional Pilates.

Mat + Barre Pilates
Small Group Classes in Mat Pilates to build form focused strength, awareness, and improve mobility, with Barre bringing the high intensity cardio boost to help you sweat, tone and improve balance.
Private Pilates
Rehabilitation and Prehab tailored support in a 1:1 or 3:1 setting with expert instruction and guidance, working with your Allied Health Professional, our Pilates Personal Training offers a goal oriented program specifically designed with you to take your movement to the next level.
Infrared Sauna
Slow down, recharge and unwind. Our Infrared sauna is for your exclusive use to help with easing muscle tension, improving circulation, sleep quality and fatigue, physically an mentally.

Not at all, although, all our memberships do cover both locations. So, why not take advantage and enjoy the best of all Pilates options?
Which studio is best for beginners?
Our Develop classes are the perfect place to start if you're new to Pilates or returning after a break. Develop classes run in both HQ and The Loft
Can I use the infrared sauna without taking a class?
Yes! The infrared sauna at The Loft can be booked as a standalone service, whether you're after recovery or simply a moment of calm.
How far apart are the studios?
Only a few doors! It takes approximately 1 minute to walk from one to the other as they're both on Hall Street, Newport, Vic
